Per il nostro Nike Store in C.so Vittorio Emanuele a Milano stiamo cercando una figura da inserire nel ruolo di BACK OF HOUSE (AREA MAGAZZINO) , responsabile della gestione del magazzino e del processo di allestimento e riassortimento del negozio al fine di migliorare la gestione commerciale del punto vendita. Cosa ti offriamo: Percorso di training iniziale e formazione continua per lo sviluppo delle tue competenze Crescita professionale nel mondo retail in un contesto dinamico e internazionale: avrai la possibilità di crescere nel brand Nike e negli altri brand gestiti da Percassi Bonus basato sulle performance dello store Principali responsabilità : Supporto alle attività di flusso merci, ricezione e organizzazione della merce in magazzino Monitoraggio stock del magazzino e inventari periodici Riassortimento del piano vendita Mantenere gli standard di visual merchandising del piano vendita Collaborare con le figure manageriali (Store Manager e Assistant Store Manager) per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali dello Store Principali requisiti : Esperienza professionale di 2/3 anni su attività di allestimento e riassortimento all'interno di negozi di grandi dimensioni Energia, interesse per il brand e passione per lo sport Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione delle attività Disponibilità oraria dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 6:30 alle 15:30 Inglese fluente (la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus) UNISCITI A NOI PERCASSI si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione alla parità di genere e all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
