KNDS Ammo Italy S.p.A. is looking for a motivated Junior Communications Specialist to join HR team The company represents the centenary legacy of industrial defence tradition of Colleferro, while at the same time becoming part of the KNDS Group and its dynamics as a multinational company with the aim of becoming a leader in the European Defence Industry. JOB MISSION The ideal candidate speaks fluent Italian and English and will manage internal and external communications, creating content such as newsletters, press releases, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. They will collaborate with the Group's marketing, communications, and PR teams to align with corporate objectives and monitor performance. This role is crucial to maintaining effective internal engagement and promoting our brand image and values. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement overall communication plans to boost brand image and achieve goals. Design and deliver creative content for narrowcasting screens, and other internal communication platforms, ensuring messages are engaging and visually aligned with our brand identity. Manage social media, web-TVs content, and digital campaigns. Internal Communications: Draft memos, internal newsletters, and ensure clear communication within the company. Provide comprehensive support in planning and coordinating events and preparing impactful materials and presentations for corporate initiatives. Act like Brand Ambassador: assist with effective brand usage and ensure all brand materials comply with our brand guidelines Work closely with KNDS Group Marketing, Communication, PR, and HR to align messaging and efforts. Translate materials (English / French / Italian and vice versa) to ensure consistent messaging. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas that elevate KNDS's brand presence. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is standard. EXPERIENCE 1-2 years in a similar communications role. SKILLS Excellent English Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication Project management Social media management Strategic thinking and problem-solving Interpersonal skills Proactive, results-oriented and creative WHAT WE OFFER Permanent contract in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, with a dedicated training plan to gain the most important knowledge / skills to work autonomously in an HR Department of a Multinational Company. Salary will be defined according candidate experience/seniority. Company Canteen and Shuttle service form Colleferro's rail/bus station.
