Buyer Chemicals – Fedrigoni Special Papers**In Fedrigoni, the Procurement function plays a critical role in ensuring that the business operates efficiently and cost-effectively by acquiring essential goods and services. Our procurement teams work across multiple countries, managing suppliers, contracts, and sourcing strategies to optimize costs, maintain supply chain continuity, and drive business success.As a **Buyer Chemicals (Fedrigoni Special Papers)**, you will play a key role in the transformation of a Corporate Procurement team with the ambition to be the Best in Class. The impact you’ll have:*** You will contribute to managing the procurement of chemicals for the Business Unit, being involved in the global commodity strategies implementation with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.* You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.* You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.* You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers.* You will prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings.* You will conduct comparative analysis about suppliers’ capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw materials.* You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.**2-5 years’ experience in a similar role in Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain.* Passion and interest in the Procurement area.* Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.* Drive and initiative, high energy, and ability to adapt to changing environments.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).* Fluency in Italian and English.**What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process:**You will meet the Procurement Global Commodity Manager and Procurement Director.This is why providing our people with a flexible and welcoming work environment is one of our top priorities.**
