Sei un/una product specialist con una passione per l'innovazione tecnologica e una specializzazione in uno degli ambiti applicativi della suite Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM, HCM o CX)? Sei pronto a unirti ad un team dinamico e contribuire al successo dei nostri clienti nell'implementazione e nell'ottimizzazione di soluzioni Oracle Cloud? Stiamo cercando un/una Product Specialist Senior qualificato che possa inserirsi nel nostro team impegnato nell'implementazione di soluzioni Oracle Cloud per i clienti nel settore Healthcare.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Consulenza e analisi dei business requirements: collaborare con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze specifiche nei processi amministrativo-contabili e gestionali e consigliare soluzioni basate su Oracle Cloud che soddisfino tali esigenze.
  • Implementazione e Configurazione: gestire l'implementazione delle soluzioni Oracle Cloud per garantire che il sistema sia allineato alle esigenze del cliente in questo settore.
  • Workshop: condurre workshop con i clienti per accompagnarli nella adoption della nuova soluzione secondo un approccio product-drive.
  • Gestione dei Progetti: gestire progetti di implementazione end-to-end, pianificando le attività, monitorando i progressi e garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget previsti.
  • Ottimizzazione Continua: collaborare con i clienti per identificare opportunità di miglioramento nei processi e suggerire soluzioni basate su applicazioni Oracle Cloud per ottimizzare la gestione delle risorse e dei costi.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini conseguita con successo (votazione minima 102/110) - non potranno essere presi in considerazione candidati con percorso formativo differente (es. professioni sanitarie).
  • Esperienza comprovata nella configurazione e nell'implementazione di uno o più moduli applicativi Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM, HCM o CX) presso clienti di qualsiasi industry.
  • Ottime abilità di comunicazione e capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e di adattarsi a un ambiente in rapida evoluzione.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in modalità ibrida.
