Based in Milan and reporting to the Property Team, you will be in charge of developing and executing the strategy for the Property & Multinational risks into the Italian market. With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will be also the contact person for agents and/or brokers working with the Property Team. Steer and control the portfolio at local level in conjunction with the Head of Property to drive the achievement of financial targets. Work closely with Sales departments, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling. Ensure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. Proactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products Support the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations) Communicate local business strategy externally Degree in Engineering or Economics or Law or equivalent Experience At least 3 proven experience in underwriting profitable Property business for Corporate Clients both PD/BI and Theft Preference if also experienced in Multinational clients as well as knowledge in Liability. Sound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills Ideally experience in designing, developing, and implementing consistent and robust wordings Ideally experience in driving underwriting projects Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills Able to work in an international organization. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken) Data Reporting Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
