Soltigua SRL ( ) è attiva nel settore delle rinnovabili dal 2006, dapprima con le tecnologie solari a concentrazione e poi focalizzandosi sugli inseguitori fotovoltaici che, ad oggi, costituiscono la principale linea di business. Dalla propria sede di Gambettola (FC), Soltigua esporta la maggior parte dei propri prodotti all’estero.
- Formazione: laurea triennale o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico.
- È preferibile un’esperienza lavorativa pregressa di 1-2 anni in ambito produttivo metalmeccanico manifatturiero in ruolo analogo (qualità) o acquisti/supply-chain.
- Massima flessibilità e disponibilità, team player, capacità di restare lucido, produttivo e proattivo anche sotto stress;

- imparare e fare propria la storia e la cultura dell’azienda
- contribuire alla crescita dei sistemi QSA come risorsa per l’azienda e non come onere
- imparare le specificità tecniche dei prodotti e i loro sistemi produttivi.
- Conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici (es. Office, ecc.);
- Conoscenza base del CAD 2D (es. Autocad o similare);
- Disponibilità per eventuali trasferte di breve durata nazionali ed estere presso clienti e fornitori.
- La conoscenza di una o più norme tra ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 costituisce requisito preferenziale;
- La conoscenza, parlata e scritta, della lingua inglese costituisce requisito preferenziale;
- Domicilio nelle province della Romagna, preferenzialmente Forlì/Cesena e Rimini.
Mansioni da svolgere:
L’addetto QSA è inquadrato all’interno dell’area produttivo-logistica e lavora a stretto contatto con l’ufficio tecnico e la Supply chain.
L’addetto QSA:
- Garantisce il monitoraggio e mantenimento dei sistemi di gestione: Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente con aggiornamento alle procedure/istruzioni operative e documentazione;
- Contribuisce a garantire la coerenza e la conformità dei sistemi (Qualità-Sicurezza-Ambiente) alle esigenze delle norme ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001;
- Contribuisce alla mappatura dei processi e alla definizione di quanto necessario per gestire e controllare statisticamente i processi aziendali stessi;
- Analizza e gestisce i KPI dei sistemi (Qualit��-Sicurezza-Ambiente);
- Prende in considerazione e gestisce le Non Conformità provenienti principalmente dai reparti produttivi e dai clienti in fase di installazione e/o avviamento impianto;
- Gestisce le azioni correttive e le azioni di miglioramento;
- Collabora con ufficio tecnico e supply-chain sull’aggiornamento dei prodotti esistenti e la creazione dei nuovi prodotti da punto di vista di:
- qualità operativa e semplificazione del controllo qualitativo
- Valutazione dei requisiti di sicurezza per eventuali nuovi processi produttivi che verranno introdotti
- impatti ambientali degli eventuali nuovi processi produttivi che verranno introdotti
- Collabora con l’ufficio acquisti ed il controllo qualità aziendale nella valutazione dei fornitori esterni;
- Collabora con le funzioni commerciali per analizzare ed elaborare i dati relativi alla customer satisfaction;
- Contribuisce a mantenere i rapporti con gli enti di certificazione;
- Affianca l’incaricato alla conduzione delle verifiche ispettive interne;
- Forma ed informa il personale in merito agli strumenti e alle procedure dei sistemi di gestione integrati che l’azienda decide di adottare;
- Partecipa alle verifiche ispettive di seconda parte condotte dai clienti.

Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato, full time, con adeguato periodo di prova; retribuzione in linea con le competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
