Job Description
- Representation of the assigned area
- Safe and independent management of the station
- Receiving guest requests and suggestions
- Advising guests on menu selection and requests
Information and explanation on the method of preparation, consequently prior consultation with the kitchen - Breakfast, lunch and dinner service each with mis en place, table service and subsequent cleaning work
Your profile
- a completed apprenticeship in the gastronomy
- experience in the upscale gastronomy
- command of the German and Italian language as well as knowledge of English
- well-groomed appearance and good manners
- absolute guest and service orientation
- Friendliness and willingness to help
- Good wine knowledge
- team and communication skills as well as reliability
- passion for the profession
Worth knowing
- Choice between 5 / 5.5 or 6-day week
- Salary above the collective - depending on qualifications

the proposed monthly salary (seasonal employment/full-time) ranges from € 1,993,35 to € 2,418.35 gross; placement within this salary range is determined on the basis of education, professional experience and specialist skills, in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Accommodation Sector, Category H (negotiable).
