Urkah is an innovative startup operating at the intersection of a media platform and growth-oriented strategic consulting. We partner with founders, marketing leaders and executive teams of high‐potential consumer brands and leading large consumer goods companies to drive sustainable growth through structured thinking, data‐driven decision making and execution excellence.
We are building a highly selective team and are looking for a Junior Consultant to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, client engagements and internal development projects.
The Junior Consultant will be part of the CEO Office, supporting high‐impact strategic work across multiple clients and internal initiatives with direct exposure to well‐known consumer brands and large‐scale FMCG players (food & beverage, home care, etc.) This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and professional maturity, with early involvement in executive‐level decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities Support the CEO in strategic consulting engagements, maintaining direct exposure to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare executive‐level presentations and materials for client‐facing meetings
Analyze business, financial, and marketing data to identify trends and performance gaps, and synthesize key KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
Support the coordination of multiple projects and clients simultaneously, acting as a reliable point of contact on selected workstreams
Contribute to the development of Urkah's internal methodologies, analytical frameworks and strategic content
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields
Previous experience (including internships) in management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or business line management, or marketing
Experience in client‐facing roles or structured stakeholder management is a strong plus
Strong ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data is a must
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis, basic business and financial modeling
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with a consulting‐style approach (clarity, storyline, synthesis)
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn as a professional, analytical and business tool
Professionalism and discretion when working closely with senior leadership
Full professional fluency in Italian and English
Availability to travel to client sites on a semi‐regular basis

The role is offered as an apprenticeship with the aim of permanent employment, providing an excellent opportunity to join a fast‐growing startup from the ground up.
