Overview As Product Manager for Home Appliances in Italy, you drive the 3-year product roadmap and lead new product development to grow market share. You liaise with local sales, marketing, and HQ to align strategy and execution in a fast-moving, international environment. You translate consumer insights into compelling product stories and lifecycle plans, delivering impact across pricing, launches, and channel expansion. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape a high-growth category in a renowned electronics group. Responsabilità Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends and consumer research Drive new product development according to the roadmap Set product pricing following corporate guidelines and HQ negotiations Achieve market share growth via product mix and channel expansion Own product lifecycle management Prepare marketing story for new product launches Collaborate with local sales and communications teams Analyze consumer insights and monitor industry trends and competitors Coordinate with HQs to reach growth targets in the local market Requisiti fondamentali ~3–4 years of product management experience in Consumer Electronics/White Goods ~ Experience with Refrigeration category is a plus ~ Dynamic, proactive mindset in an international fast-moving environment ~ Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-player skills ~ Decision-making oriented and adaptable to change ~ Fluency in English and Italian ~ Dynamic and proactive mindset ~ Strong leadership and teamwork ~ Adaptability to change ~ Product management ~ Market research and consumer insights ~ Lifecycle management
