Organize, manage, and deliver brand immersion sessions and product training activities
Install company Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness for all products and POS assets
Report market feedback to headquarters, including competitive activities, product launches, and brand activations
Accurately record data and insights from customer visits
Analyze company sales data to identify focus areas and share best practices and success stories
Plan, manage, and participate in in-store events to support sell-out performance
Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines to support sell-in and sell-out initiatives
Previous experience in a sales representative or comparable sales role
Completed education, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or a related field
Strong motivation and drive to support brand growth
Solid understanding of premium and/or luxury markets and retail environments
Proven sales experience with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Ability to plan and manage travel and visit schedules efficiently
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
Fluency in Italian and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
