Il nostro cliente è una società strutturata e in crescita, attiva nel settore delle soluzioni ERP e della consulenza applicativa, che supporta aziende manifatturiere e industriali in percorsi di trasformazione digitale e ottimizzazione dei processi.
Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti ERP, dalla fase di analisi alla consegna e supporto post go-live
Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare le commesse di implementazione di Dynamics 365 Business Central
Garantire il rispetto delle milestone, delle tempistiche e la qualità dei deliverable
Identificare, valutare e mitigare i rischi progettuali
Agire come punto di riferimento per clienti e stakeholder interni, assicurando una comunicazione costante
Produrre report di avanzamento ed economici per il management
Coordinare team multidisciplinari (consulenti funzionali, tecnici, sviluppatori)
Esperienza di almeno 6 anni come Project Manager su progetti di implementazione ERP
~ Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
~(valutabili anche profili con esperienza su SAP, Sage, NetSuite, Dynamics AX)
~ Competenze di project controlling (budget, costi, marginalità)
~ Familiarità con metodologie Waterfall e Agile
~ Ottime capacità di problem solving, leadership e gestione di contesti complessi
~ Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
~ Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Sistemi Informativi o discipline affini
