HSE Engineer - Multinazionale Settore Chimico Azienda Il nostro cliente è una Multinazionale del Settore Chimico in forte espansione. Offerta La risorsa, riportando direttamente all'HSE Manager, si occuperà delle seguenti funzioni: - Coordina le attività di deposito e smaltimento dei rifiuti, gestendo i rapporti con smaltitori e intermediari, nonché i registri e la documentazione relativa. - Definisce la programmazione delle attività della squadra di emergenza, curandone la formazione e l'addestramento. - Coordina e partecipa attivamente alle attività di formazione in materia di sicurezza. - Supporta l'ottenimento e il rinnovo delle licenze e autorizzazioni necessarie per l'esercizio delle attività aziendali (es. autorizzazioni ambientali, patentini per gas tossici). - Organizza l'esecuzione dei controlli sanitari obbligatori per il personale. - Contribuisce alla valutazione dei rischi secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa nazionale in materia di salute, sicurezza e prevenzione incendi. - Seleziona e valuta l'adeguatezza dei Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI), gestendo il magazzino e la distribuzione dei DPI approvati. - Aggiorna e gestisce la documentazione del Sistema Qualità Sicurezza Ambiente (es. DVR, piano di emergenza, procedure di sistema, indagini specifiche). - Gestisce le schede di sicurezza, curandone l'archiviazione e la distribuzione nei casi previsti. - Progetta e sviluppa programmi di miglioramento interno. - Analizza la sicurezza degli impianti e dei processi produttivi (es. FMEA, HAZOP). - Implementa le politiche aziendali in materia di Ambiente e Sicurezza, in conformità con le direttive Corporate. Competenze ed esperienza Sono considerati requisiti essenziali: - Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica o Ingegneria Ambientale - Esperienza pregressa nel settore dell'industria chimica o farmaceutica - Formazione obbligatoria come ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione)- Abilitazione come Formatore per la sicurezza - Competenze consolidate nella gestione dei rifiuti - Familiarità con i principali sistemi di gestione: - ISO 9001 (Qualità)- ISO 14001 (Ambiente)- ISO 45001 (Salute e Sicurezza)- SGS - PIR (Sistemi di Gestione Sicurezza - Piano di Intervento Rapido)- Esperienza nella mansione: 3-5 anni - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta - Spiccate capacità di organizzazione autonoma del lavoro - Elevata precisione, puntualità e riservatezza - Entusiasmo e forte motivazione alla crescita professionale - Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team Completa l'offerta Retribuzione ed inquadramento verranno discussi in sede di colloquio.
