Position Title: Payroll Lead Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office required Employment: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Maternity Cover People who care about making things better For Those Who Make The World™. As the Italy Payroll Lead , you’ll be part of our Payroll team. Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders. Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates. Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks. Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives. Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Strong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices. Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Experience working with payroll providers; Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience. The salary range and associated pay elements are established in line with Stanley Black & Decker’s compensation structure. If collective bargaining agreements, sectoral agreements, works council arrangements, or statutory pay frameworks apply, they determine the salary range and additional pay elements.
