Posizione: Sustainability Consultant LEED/BREEAM/WELL Azienda: GET GET è alla ricerca di un Sustainability Specialist con esperienza nei sistemi di certificazione LEED, BREEAM e WELL per unirsi al nostro team. La figura ideale ha una passione per la sostenibilità ambientale, un forte impegno verso la creazione di spazi sostenibili e la capacità di lavorare in un ambiente collaborativo e inclusivo. Responsabilità principali: Coordinare e gestire i progetti di certificazione LEED, BREEAM e WELL, assicurando il raggiungimento degli standard richiesti. Effettuare assessment secondo gli standard LEED, BREEAM, WELL. Fornire supporto a team di progetto. Collaborare con i vari team di progettazione, ingegneria e costruzione per implementare strategie di sostenibilità. Redigere documentazione tecnica e rapporti di conformità per le certificazioni. Fornire consulenza e formazione sui requisiti e le migliori pratiche LEED, BREEAM e WELL. Mantenersi aggiornato sulle normative ambientali e le innovazioni nel campo della sostenibilità. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Edile, Civile Architettura, Scienze Ambientali o discipline affini. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in progetti di sostenibilità e certificazioni LEED, BREEAM e WELL. Capacità di analisi critica e problem solving. Ottime competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team. Familiarità con software di simulazione energetica e strumenti di valutazione della sostenibilità. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata Lingua Italiana fluente scritta e parlata Qualifiche preferibili LEED AP (BD+C, ID+C) BREEAM AP WELL AP BREEAM Int.
