Per storico gruppo industriale in forte fase di cambiamento ricerchiamo un/una CFO Temporary. Riporto: CEO CFO Temporary Responsabilità principali Gestione delle aree Amministrazione, Finanza, Controllo di Gestione e Tesoreria, in coerenza con il piano industriale. Supportare gli azionisti nella gestione di operazioni straordinarie Definizione della strategia finanziaria e dei principali KPI economico-finanziari. Supervisione di budget, forecast e cash flow, con analisi dei rischi e azioni correttive. Predisposizione della reportistica economico-finanziaria per Direzione e CdA. Gestione dei rapporti con banche, revisori e consulenti esterni Requisiti Laurea in discipline economiche o cultura equipollente. Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli CFO / Finance Director, preferibilmente in aziende produttive. Solida esperienza in controllo di gestione, finanza aziendale e strutturazione dei processi. Capacità di guidare e motivare il team AFC. Approccio hands-on, visione strategica, forte orientamento ai risultati. Flessibilità e autonomia tipiche di un Temporary / Interim Manager. Esperienza nella gestione di operazioni straordinarie di M&A in cui si sia confrontato direttamente con acquisizioni e cessioni di partecipazioni all'interno di compagini societari complesse L'esperienza in portfolio company di fondi di private equity costituirà un plus Sede: Vicenza
