Marketing Customer Support Agent –Italian Speaker
Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Languages: Italian+ English
Monthly salary: We are looking for an Italian -speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience , requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.
Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients
Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
Fluent Italian and English
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
