Activities will include the design of systems targeting regulatory regions, vector engineering, and optimization of selective AhR targeting in cDC1. Strategies will be characterized by molecular, flow-cytometric and gene-expression analyses to assess efficiency, selectivity, stability and potential off-target effects, and validated in primary dendritic cells and preclinical models to determine their impact on antitumor immune responses. /p ul liItaly /li /ul pEligibility of fellows: country/ies of residence: /p ul liOTHER /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
