Per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Energy, Adecco Consultant ricerca una figura di Project Manager MT/BT. Il profilo ricercato sarà a diretto riporto del Direttore della funzione dedicata al settore Energy. Assicurerà la realizzazione dei progetti e dei contratti affidati in media e bassa tensione, nel rispetto delle tempistiche, dei parametri qualitativi e dei costi standard/negoziati, coordinandosi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte e operando come interfaccia verso il cliente Enel. Supporterà inoltre il team nella gestione ed elaborazione di progetti inerenti attività di gestione contratti MT/BT. Responsabilità principali Supporto alla fase di Proposta Tecnica ed Economica per gare e offerte, in collaborazione con l'area Engineering Budgeting e forecasting di progetto Gestione delle priorità in relazione ai KPI contrattuali e alle segnalazioni del cliente di riferimento Programmazione dei lavori e degli approvvigionamenti di materiali e risorse in collaborazione con le aree operative Monitoraggio e controllo delle fasi di lavorazione e dello stato di avanzamento lavori Gestione del ciclo attivo, inclusa la richiesta di benestare verso il cliente e la gestione di eventuali criticità (WIP, scoperti di benestare e crediti scaduti) Gestione amministrativa del contratto in termini di customer satisfaction, varianti contrattuali, gestione penali/claims e chiusura tecnica e amministrativa Elaborazione delle Lesson Learned relative a progetti e contratti Controllo e gestione dei processi inerenti la sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro, in collaborazione con la Linea HSE Supporto nelle fasi di mantenimento delle certificazioni in essere Supporto nella gestione dei rapporti con fornitori di servizi tecnici esterni e nell'implementazione e monitoraggio dei KPI contrattuali Requisiti Esperienza di 3–5 anni nella gestione di progetti/cantieri complessi in ambito Reti di Distribuzione Elettrica, in particolare Enel Distribuzione Conoscenza del Capitolato Enel MT/BT e capacità di preventivazione dei lavori Ottima conoscenza dei modelli di gestione del cantiere, con capacità di dimensionamento delle risorse, programmazione lavori e stima di tempi e costi Capacità di lettura e analisi della progettazione impiantistica Esperienza nella gestione di appalti pubblici Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di Project Management Completano il profilo spiccate capacità di coordinamento e di lavoro in team, ottime doti relazionali, orientamento al risultato, pragmatismo e autonomia nella gestione e programmazione delle attività.
