Adecco spa, divisione consultant, ricerca per storica azienda cliente un* After sales specialist La risorsa avrà l’obiettivo di contribuire al rafforzamento della reputazione dei prodotti aziendali in termini di qualità, affidabilità e facilità di manutenzione , fungendo da riferimento tecnico per la rete di assistenza. Fornire supporto tecnico tempestivo e continuativo ai Customer Center Partecipare ai Technical Committee Meetings (TCM) e ai Product Quality Meetings (PQM) come figura di collegamento tra assistenza e sviluppo prodotto Comunicare ai Customer Center aggiornamenti tecnici, miglioramenti di prodotto e azioni correttive tramite service bulletin e portali dedicati Collaborare attivamente ai progetti di sviluppo prodotto, con l’obiettivo di garantire elevata manutenibilità e riduzione del costo del ciclo di vita Redigere e aggiornare documentazione tecnica, kit di assistenza e strumenti a supporto della rete service Contribuire allo sviluppo e all’erogazione di formazione tecnica , in collaborazione con il team di sviluppo competenze Laurea in Ingegneria (requisito indispensabile) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ; una seconda lingua costituisce un plus Luogo di lavoro: I curricula ricevuti potranno essere comunicati all'azienda nostra cliente o ad altre che ne facciano richiesta per valutare un'eventuale assunzione, salvo diversa volontà del candidato.
