Spa & Wellness Manager - Six Senses Milan (New Hotel Opening)

pDuties and Responsibilities /ppAs Spa Wellness Manager, I willassume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: /pulliKeeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering. /liliContinually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience. /liliSpa treatments, exercise classes, and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. /liliUpkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. /liliStrictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. /li /ulpQualifications /ppTo execute the position of a Spa Wellness Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results including the following: /ppHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. /ppGraduated or have a broad knowledge of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy at either NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO. /ppUnderstanding and specialization of various beauty products, aesthetic appliances, their specifications, and uses. Knowledge in the use of facial, nail, or other beauty technology as required to fulfil spa treatments. /ppService-oriented with an eye for details. /ppFluent in English and Italian; I understand that additional languages are preferred. /ppValid authorization to work in Italy is required. Applicants must hold the appropriate visa and/or work permit where applicable.
