As a Dealer Network Development Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of a pioneering project to establish a dealer presence in new markets—starting from scratch. In this role, you will: Identify and engage potential investors and dealers for a high-end EV brand. Present compelling business cases and guide prospects through the onboarding journey. Collaborate with international stakeholders to shape the future dealer network. Support dealers post-signing with integration, training, and operational setup. Manage and streamline documentation processes. Ensure compliance with company standards. Create insightful reports and analyses for management. Qualifications Your profile: Degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a similar field Proven experience in automotive network development, ideally with premium brands Strong negotiation and communication skills Deep understanding of dealership operations (sales, aftersales, customer experience) Fluency in English and local language(s) A hunter mindset with a strategic approach Additional Information Why This Role?
