Position Mission
The main task of the job resource is to verify and validate the Specific Applications of ANGELSTAR consisting of on-board signalling subsystems installed on railway vehicles. Directly dependent of the Specific Application V& V manager, the candidate will be employed in the V& V activities and tests requested in each project for the validation of Specific Application and the certification of the CCS-B and Rolling Stock subsystems.
Responsibilities
•Perform V& V and test activities on configuration data and DMI visualization (with ANGELSTAR property tools)
•Support on laboratory tests on vehicle for the certification of the CCS-B and Rolling Stock subsystems
•Support and production technical documentation for V& V department (both Specific Application and Generic Application).
•Support and production technical documentation for the Certification (EC and National) of CCS-B and RS subsystems
•Participate to project meetings (internal and external with the customers and the stakeholders)
•Support the T& C departments during tests, commissioning and maintenance activities
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
Engineer degree (electronic / telecommunication / electrical / mechanical / automation) or equivalent
Secondary School Diploma in Technical fields or equivalent
Fluent in Italian and English
Knowledge of and experience with general-purpose tools (Microsoft windows office)
Previous experience in railway field (preferable in the V& V and RAMS) will be positively taken into account in the assessment
Further certifications in electrical or electronic fields will be positively taken into account in the assessment
