Position We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for our Rende office, specializing in credit collection. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle independently and supporting staffing needs across operational teams. Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze internal needs in the Credit Collection area. Collaborate with operational teams to define ideal profiles and plan recruitment campaigns. Monitor selection KPIs (time to hire, conversion rate, channel effectiveness). Participate in recruiting events and employer‐branding initiatives. Coordinate with the HR team for a smooth onboarding. Qualifications At least 2 years of recruiter experience. Proficiency with key selection tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, Excel). Ability to work synergistically with operational and HR teams.
