The Cybersecurity Services Specialist is a key enabler of cybersecurity excellence within the Services Organization. Evolving from a service quality and subcontractor management background, this role now acts as a technical and operational reference for cybersecurity practices, training, incident management, and continuous improvement, in compliance with IEC62443-2-4 Standard. The Champion is the voice of the Field Service Representatives (FSRs), supporting their adoption of secure tools and practices, and contributing to the design of next‐generation service models. Support FSR team to apply rules and best practices. Training & Awareness - Cascade cybersecurity guidelines, communications, and best practices to FSRs, deploying training paths and supporting change‐management initiatives. - Deliver IEC 62443 "Train the Trainer" sessions and train FSRs accordingly. - Support cyber training deployment for partners and subcontractors. Enforce cybersecurity framework performance across the local service team. - Support deployment of "secure endpoint" solutions for FSRs. - Communicate and deploy continuous Cybersecurity Certification rules and cyber badge programs. Apply IEC62443-2-4 cybersecurity procedures during service interventions to ensure audit readiness. - Deploy Field Services Cybersecurity Incident Management procedures. - Accountable for incident registration, escalation, and local support. - SPS Audit preparation and presentation in relation to Cybersecurity standard IEC62442-2-4 compliance. Technical Reference & Support - Act as technical reference in cybersecurity incident and vulnerability processes (analysis, response, recovery). - Escalate deviations, issues, and questions related to cybersecurity. Act as the FSR referent for cybersecurity good practices. - Represent the voice of the FSRs in cybersecurity‐related discussions and initiatives. - Promote Cybersecurity awareness. Project Management and Change Management skills: capability of taking full responsibility for executing tasks, sometimes at remote; IT and Cybersecurity skills: ability to lead cybersecurity analysis in new policies, technologies and/or needs; knowledge of networking concepts; familiarity with cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443 preferred). - Strong communication and training delivery skills. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
