As a Sales Manager at Tamura, you will be a dynamic and inspiring leader responsible for driving our company’s sales strategy in the power electronics, current sensors, and/or gate drivers markets. You will focus on increasing company profit and achieving annual sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and increase market share.
Utilize company-wide programs, sales development projects, and customer events to drive business development.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through direct sales efforts, including outside sales calls in assigned territories.
Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong customer relationships.
Participate in sales strategy and planning meetings.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
Contribute to the annual Marketing Plan, including managing territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
Expand your territories by acquiring new customers, increasing customer satisfaction, and boosting sales through market research.
Strong proficiency in English for business negotiations, a second language such as German and/or Italian is necessary.
Technical competence in power electronics.
Willingness to travel internationally.
High school diploma or an Engineering degree.
Knowledge of Project Management.
Employment in a stable company with a strong market presence.
