Randstad Talent Selection, che gestisce profili specializzati, è alla ricerca di un HR GENERALIST per azienda metalmeccanica di Porto Mantovano.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage employees recruitment.
• To monitor, organize and coordinate the training activities, to assure the training files are accurate for HR and certification purposes, to evaluate financed funds possibilities.
• To provide generalist support to the business in all aspects of the HR function, including resources, training development, payroll administration within relevant legislation, company policies and procedures.
• To support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and reports/systems are updated within agreed timescales.
• To develop and maintain relationships with employees.
• To maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or professional HR Qualifications.
• 3 years minimum of experience in generalist HR role.
• Good communications skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Good understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementation.
• Proficient in Italian labor laws and regulations.
• Languages: Fluent Italian, Advanced English.
