We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team across our three bar outlets. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; ensure proper storage and upkeep of bar tools and ingredients.
Curate and manage bar inventory, ensuring that all ingredients and tools reflect our dedication to quality and origin, with a particular emphasis on local, artisanal products.
Follow hygiene and safety procedures rigorously, understanding that true luxury lies in care, cleanliness, and consistency.
Promote effective communication and coordination with colleagues, ensuring smooth shift transitions and service continuity.
Ensure all operational tasks—such as collecting supplies from the warehouse or completing shift handovers—are executed with care, attention, and accountability.
Engage fully in all training sessions, internal tastings, and briefings, integrating new insights into your daily work and guest interactions.
Check security of bar areas and lock up as instructed at the end of your shift.
Apply knowledge gained during ongoing training sessions.

Proven experience as a bartender in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
Solid product knowledge and deep appreciation for quality ingredients.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly valued.
A genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling, and a commitment to excellence.
