The The Data Privacy Programme Lead will support the various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.'This position will be primarily remote and will report to the Corporate Compliance Director, based in the Italy. Although the role is largely remote, the Data Programme Lead may be required to travel to various offices on a periodic basis for specific meetings, events, and investigations.
Drive ongoing privacy compliance activities, including privacy assessments, policy design, IT Security and Data Flows, and delivering training.
Support Data Inventory and Data Minimization Audits.
Draft, negotiate, and review Data Processing Agreements.
Monitor industry best practices, rules, regulations, and guidance to maintain compliance and strategic alignment. At least 5 years of previous privacy experience in a legal or compliance-related role within a global company.
Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience, and appropriate privacy-related qualifications.
Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and local laws and regulations within the EMEA region.
Prior experience implementing and monitoring privacy-related policies and procedures.
Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset (including German, Italian, or Spanish).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
