Support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance Gather customer technical requirements, define specifications, and execute assigned project tasks Apply analytical thinking to evaluate applications, select suitable products, and prepare technical documentation Provide on‑site customer support, including installation setup, software training, and programming assistance Supporting and developing all customers based in Lombardia east and Veneto west area Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering Alternatively: a high school diploma plus 3+ years of experience in a technical field related to mechatronics applications Strong analytical mindset, customer‑oriented communication, and willingness to support on‑site activities Business fluency in Italian, strong English language skills are very preferred Company car ~24 extra hours of paid leave for medical visits and exams ~ Additional benefits DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive workplace where people feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
