Special Events/Birthday Instructor – Naples, FL Overview Life's too short to not work someplace awesome If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active while having a ton of fun, this role may be right for you. The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years. With more than 300 locations globally, we help children develop confidence, skills, and a love of movement through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Responsibilities Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our customers like family. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children and Families at each party. Qualifications Love having fun, giving high‐fives, and playing like a child; a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus. Live to serve and make others feel good. Connect well with both kids and their parents. Known for a good mood and a positive attitude. Enjoy work that is both playful and task‐focused. Dress code is athleisure – yoga pants and t‐shirts are everyday wear. Great tips from appreciative parents. Flexible scheduling for students and others needing weekend hours.
