We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Design Expert - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the quality and effectiveness of AI training data projects. You will review and improve design outputs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. By providing structured quality assessments and targeted guidance, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall quality of graphic design within the organization. This position will require your deep knowledge of design principles and strong communication skills to foster collaboration and improvement.
Define domain-specific quality success metrics.
Develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics.
Review project outputs against technical standards.
Perform structured QA passes on design deliverables.
Return files to contractors with precise remediation notes.
Provide advisory input on design tools and workflows.
Curate example libraries of design assets.
Participate in vetting and assessing technical contractor talent.
Review sample work from contractors and provide feedback.
Create targeted training or calibration resources.
Advise on technical scoping and project requirements.
Contribute to post-project reviews for improvement.
Bachelor of design.
~5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
~ Mastery of design principles and visual communication.
~ Expert proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
~ Experience producing technical documentation and training resources.
~ Ability to work within fixed project timelines.
~ Fluency in spoken and written English.

Pay range of $25 to $100 per hour.
