What you'll do
Our Managers are highly skilled members of a high-level technology strategy team. You'll play a lead role executing IT strategy projects while advising clients on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity Experience in Application Development or Digital Transformation from a technical perspective Understanding in at least one core domain as for example: Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/Dev Ops, Cloud solution, Cost Optimisation, Data and Gen Ai etc. IFPUG Experience working with one or more IT solutions An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when needed Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems An ability to be hands‐on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously MBA or other advanced degree preferred Fluent in Italian essential Consulting

Experience:
Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. Prior experience in a problem‐solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred A consistent track record of leading people and building high‐performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission‐critical priorities of commercial or government entities An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‐technical backgrounds towards a common goal Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a client's most pressing business challenges An ability to be hands‐on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously Excellence in written and verbal communication Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks Building rapid proto‐types for presentations / sales proposals Excellent people skills and customer relationship track record; Experience in developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisation; NYSE: IT), we guide the leaders who shape the world.
