We are currently looking for a Senior Controller - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health while driving strategic financial analysis. This role offers the opportunity to impact the company significantly while working in a supportive and innovative remote environment.
Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports
Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Develop financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role
Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling
Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
