The project manager coordinates cross-departmental teams and serves as a link between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. The project manager reviews project status and budgets, organizes schedules, and prepares status reports. She/he evaluates project-related problems and develops solutions to meet specifications and goals related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
