Legal Clarity in a Digital Environment
Complex regulatory requirements are assessed in a structured manner and translated into clear, actionable recommendations — with a focus on digital business models, data flows, and international frameworks.
Legal processes are designed to scale with the company — efficient, transparent, and practical across all business areas.
Review and draft commercial, licensing, and IT agreements, as well as general terms and conditions, terms of use, and data processing agreements.
Assess new services and products from a data protection perspective, including conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and contributing to the design of privacy processes.
Ensure overall data protection compliance by maintaining central privacy documentation and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Support and lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners, including negotiating NDAs, data processing agreements, and framework agreements.
Prepare legal assessments on complex and operational matters and advise internal teams accordingly.
Monitor relevant laws and regulations such as the Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Artificial Intelligence Act, and ePrivacy Regulation, and derive necessary action points for internal stakeholders.
Conduct internal training sessions on data protection, contractual fundamentals, compliance, and AI‐related legal risks.
Coordinate external law firms, obtain specialised expertise where required, and ensure quality control of external legal services.
You combine legal excellence with strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. Your experience enables you to assess risks at an early stage, develop sustainable solutions, and communicate complex legal matters with clarity.
Data protection and compliance are an integral part of your daily work, including at an operational level. Contract law, data protection, and IT‐related matters are core elements of your expertise, complemented by meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a sound understanding of business contexts. You work digitally, in a structured manner, and across multiple languages — with a primary focus on German and professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Second in‐depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations
Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks
In addition to the cultural introduction by our People & Culture team and the continuous support during the induction period from your supervisor and your motivated team colleagues, we will also provide you with two people specifically to support you. Your tutor will be responsible for your professional concerns, while your buddy will take care of your social integration during the first few weeks.
