Embedded Software Engineer, Emerging Devices Software

What will you help us create? We are a smart team of doers that apply advances in robotics and software to solve real-world challenges that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we can’t even imagine yet. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for consumers and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Design, develop and verify firmware and drivers for embedded systems
Participate in design reviews, API development, and documentation
Deliver investigation plans and reports, architectural documents, design specs, software and firmware source code, build scripts
Perform tasks including debug, bring-up, Beta and production software development
Successfully collaborate with both software and hardware product teams
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
~5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
~Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
~ Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
