This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. on-site remote desktop support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. Ensure the deployment of operating systems, updates , and software packages . Work with the IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed. system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. Provide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary. Collaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders. of experience in Desktop Support Strong experience with Windows OS , Mac OS , and Linux Experience with Active Directory remote desktop tools Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). MS Office Suite and other productivity software. Expertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements. system imaging and software deployment tools (e.g., ITIL Fluency in English, Italian. Certification : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) , or equivalent. Experience with cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
