Il ruolo rappresenta un primo punto di contatto tra i sistemi di monitoraggio, gli utenti interni e i team specialistici, offrendo un'importante opportunità di crescita in ambito operations e infrastrutture IT. Responsabilità principali Monitoraggio proattivo delle infrastrutture di rete e dei servizi IT tramite strumenti dedicati Troubleshooting di primo livello in ambito networking (LAN, WAN, connettività, apparati di rete) Gestione e analisi delle segnalazioni e degli allarmi provenienti dai sistemi di monitoraggio Presa in carico delle richieste e degli incidenti tramite sistemi di ticketing Classificazione, prioritizzazione e smistamento dei ticket verso i team di secondo e terzo livello Supporto di tipo help desk tecnico per l'identificazione della tipologia di problema Escalation verso i gruppi specialistici secondo le procedure operative Aggiornamento sullo stato degli incidenti e comunicazione verso gli stakeholder interni Operatività in ambiente H24 con turnazioni e reperibilità Competenze richieste Conoscenze di base in ambito reti (TCP/IP, DNS, connettività) Interesse per attività di monitoring e incident management Familiarità con sistemi di ticketing e strumenti di controllo Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving Disponibilità al lavoro su turni Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità comunicative
