BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer / Service Account Manager to develop the ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel (animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications) service business in Italy and Spain. The role is strongly customer-facing and requires regular visits to final customers, with the objective of identifying service opportunities, building long-term relationships, and growing sales of spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit final customers regularly in Italy and Spain to understand their needs and identify service business opportunities.
  • Develop and grow sales of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel service solutions, including spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, inspections, and technical support.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, becoming their main commercial contact for service needs.
  • Work closely with internal technical and service teams to prepare offers and propose the right solutions for each customer.
  • Follow up opportunities, negotiate with customers, and close service orders.
  • Use CRM and regular reporting to track customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Support the handover of orders to the execution team by providing clear technical and commercial information.
  • Develop market knowledge in animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications.
  • Represent ANDRITZ professionally in front of customers and contribute to strengthening the service business in the region.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience in mechanical and Engineering fields, with a preference in Feed & Biofuel Products and business processes
  • Customer Experience principles
  • Track record and proven background in business development and sales of service solutions
  • Experience in using CRM and other sales tools
  • Technology skills
  • Language skills: English fluency (must have) - Spanish fluency (must have)

Education & Background

  • Higher Education in a relevant technical area combined with strong services experience and customer orientation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Capital or Services sales, managing medium and long term contracts preferably in Feed & Biofuel industry (Animal Feed, PET Food and Aqua Feed, Biofuel projects).
  • Experience in working in matrix structure.
  • Availability for travels (about 50% of working time)

Employment Terms & Compensation

  • Employment type: Permanent contract
  • Working hours: Full-time. Full Remote
  • Salary: Gross annual salary (RAL): € 70.000 -€ 80.000 depending on experience, skills, and seniority, in line with the CCNL METALMECCANCO agreement.
