Electrical Design Engineer – Data Centres & High-Tech Facilities È questo il ruolo che sta cercando? 37,000 – €43,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Full-Time / Permanent Languages: Fluent Italian & Professional English TGS International Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join an international engineering and technology organisation supporting the design and delivery of complex Data Centre and High-Tech Facility projects. Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through to procurement support, construction and commissioning. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical engineer looking to develop their career while working on technically challenging, international projects. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will: Develop electrical system designs for Data Centre and high-tech facility projects. Design electrical infrastructure in line with project requirements, regulations and engineering best practice. Review engineering documentation for quality, accuracy and technical compliance. Support electrical projects from concept design through construction and commissioning. Coordinate electrical design activities with project management and other engineering disciplines. Support procurement by preparing technical documentation and responding to contractor queries. Provide installation, testing and commissioning support. Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) . Coordinate with Mechanical, Process, Structural, Architectural and BIM teams. Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and external engineering partners. Ensure designs comply with Italian regulations and relevant international engineering standards. Support HSE requirements and promote engineering best practice. Technical Experience Experience across some or all of the following: LV Electrical Systems MV Electrical Systems Power Distribution Systems Lighting & Emergency Lighting Cable Routing & Containment Electrical Design Documentation Installation & Commissioning Support Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, High-Tech Manufacturing, Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or R&D environments Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering Experience designing, planning, constructing, maintaining or commissioning electrical systems within industrial or high-tech environments. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards and regulations. Experience producing electrical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation. Familiarity with electrical design and analysis software. Understanding of local construction materials and labour costs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering software. Fluent Italian and professional working English. Willingness to travel to client offices, suppliers and project sites when required. Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience. Experience with ETAP, Power Factory, Easypower, Ampere Professional Experience with Dialux or other lighting calculation software. Multidisciplinary engineering experience. BIM and digital engineering experience. International engineering project experience. 37,000 – €43,000 per annum + comprehensive benefits Data Centre and High-Tech projects .
