The role requires a strategic mindset, strong coordination skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, while fostering alignment between headquarters, regional teams and external agencies. /p pThe ideal candidate is adaptable, open-minded and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul libGlobal PR Coordination /b: Support the Global PR Senior Manager in developing and coordinating global editorial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's communication strategy, priorities and objectivesb. /b /li libRegional Local Market Coordination /b: Work closely with regional PR teams, local offices and external PR agencies to ensure the effective implementation of global PR initiatives, providing guidance, feedback, information and support to drive consistency and achieve HQ objectives. /li libEditorial Performance Analysis /b: Coordinate global editorial performance analysis across markets, monitoring results, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and proactively providing feedback and recommendations to help strengthen PR impact. /li libStrategic Support Presentations /b: Support the Global PR Senior Manager in preparing plans, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and the Board. /li libCross-functional Collaboration /b: Build strong working relationships with internal teams and regional stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative and efficient working environment and supporting the coordination of Global PR activities. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liExcellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. /li liStrong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liA proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to unexpected requests and tight deadlines. /li liAnalytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret results, identify areas for improvement and translate insights into actionable recommendations. /li liA strategic approach to coordination, with the ability to understand the broader communication objectives and ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, regional teams and external partners. /li liA collaborative, open-minded and positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and constructive team environment. /li liPrevious experience in PR, communications or a related field, ideally within the fashion, luxury or lifestyle industry. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 38.000. /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. /p pThis role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. /p pIn addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. /p pThe employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
