Palazzo Ripetta, raffinato Hotel 5 stelle indipendente situato nel cuore del Tridente romano, tra Piazza del Popolo e Piazza di Spagna, è alla ricerca di una figura di Bar Manager di talento da inserire nel proprio team. L’hotel, ospitato all’interno di un edificio storico del XVII secolo, combina storia, arte e ospitalità italiana con un’offerta gastronomica e beverage di alto profilo, caratterizzata da attenzione al dettaglio, cultura dell’accoglienza e una mixology distintiva.
Coordinare le operazioni del settore beverage affinché rispecchino la visione e la strategia organizzativa;
Curare la progettazione, l’aggiornamento e la gestione delle drink list, garantendo coerenza con l’identità del brand, la stagionalità e le tendenze del settore;
Preparare, aggiornare e implementare i manuali operativi;
Verificare personalmente gli standard di servizio;
Monitorare la qualità dei prodotti, gli standard di servizio e la freschezza degli ingredienti;
Promuovere lo sviluppo delle competenze, i programmi di formazione e la pianificazione della carriera dei collaboratori.
Conoscenza approfondita di mixology, vini e liquori premium, con la capacità di creare cocktail innovativi, curare in modo strategico le wine list e valorizzare l’intera offerta di bevande;
Familiarità con standard e procedure di Hotel 5 stelle, con attenzione a servizio, qualità e controllo;
Attitudine alla collaborazione con F&B, Sales e Marketing, contribuendo allo sviluppo dei concept e dell’identità dei bar;
Esperienza nella gestione di programmi formativi, piani di crescita professionale e performance management, finalizzati a valorizzare il potenziale di ogni collaboratore.
Eccellenti capacità comunicative verbali e scritte della lingua inglese. Sarà ritenuto un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di almeno un'altra lingua;
Orario full time, 5 giorni su 7, senza turni spezzati;
Disponibilità e motivazione a lavorare in un ambiente cortese, sempre attento a prestare il miglior servizio agli ospiti e con volumi importanti;
Si valutano candidature residenti a Roma e provincia in quanto non è previsto alloggio.
