Design, develop ECU hardware schematics, Bill of Materials, and layouts of target hardware in line with the defined hardware, mechanical architecture and all external requirements applicable to hardware.
Ensure the proper HW development from bring‑up to troubleshooting until reaching a qualified status.
Animate the design reviews for electronic design scope.
Ensure a robust design under worst‑case calculations under the defined mission profiles.
Target the most efficient design leveraging a platform design.
Understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology relevance.
Handle the hardware DFMEA, FM/DFA, and WCA to develop robust design solutions.
Review and approve the design validation plans and drive the troubleshooting during design or qualification tests with hardware testing team.
Work closely with core hardware design engineers and cross‑functional teams to execute and deliver.
Update continuous the lesson learn database and use it during the design reviews for firewall matters.
Collaborate in a Scaled Agile product delivery team, comprised of cross‑functional company peers to continuously prioritize, refine, and deploy components.

Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent program.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic hardware development.
Strong teamwork, and good oral and written communication skills; Extensive hands‑on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, signal generators.
Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1…)
Solid understanding with embedded electronics design constraints.
Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies and safety.
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Belt certification.
Solid understanding of system/component design.
Justified experience in EMI/EMC design, test and troubleshooting.
Justified experience in thermal management for ECU embedded electronics.
Justified experience with leading, coaching, animating, and following up design reviews.
Ability to take ownership for System/Architecture design and their Implementation.
