The role offers the opportunity toEnsure seamless daily operations across key departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Services), upholding Mangia's brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality expectations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operational activities, optimizing workflows and resource allocationMonitor service, quality, and efficiency KPIs, implementing corrective actions where neededSupport the General Manager in strategic planning and achieving performance targetsLead department teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and continuous developmentManage VIP guest relations and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approachEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulationsCollaborate with HR on onboarding, performance reviews, and staff developmentMaintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints of the guest journeyContribute to brand consistency and operational excellence through cross-departmental coordinationRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within upscale or luxury hospitalityStrong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-driven mindsetIn-depth knowledge of Rooms and F&B operations; management background preferredFluent in English; additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with PMS systems, reporting tools, and digital platformsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approachWhat We Offer:Type of contract seasonalAccommodation availableCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
