We are looking for an ICT Specialist who will be supporting us with infrastructure management (network, servers, workplaces, printers, mobile tools, etc.), You will be also involved in projects such as Network Refresh across all plants, Security Remediation across all plants, IT Support for the implementation of new production lines, Expansion of cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery.
IT support to internal users (Headquarters and factories)
Collaboration and coordination of outsourced IT service providers (Helpdesk, Network, Security, Infrastructure)
Involvement in integration projects
Support plants with key software and devices, including Loftware Labelling system, Zebra Printers, and Automated Warehouse Devices (Infor Factory Track)
System engineering activity on Microsoft servers
Creation and management of documentation concerning company procedures and processes (IT area)
Pinpoint areas for action to enhance service quality
Background: High School Diploma with 5 years of experience within the role. Excellent ability to manage software applications, operating systems, servers, computer networks, with a particular focus on Microsoft and Cloud solutions: Microsoft Windows OS (Servers + workstation), MS Office 365 and associated Microsoft cloud services, Active Directory (GPO, DFS, groups management) & Azure AD
Network basic knowledge (Wan/Lan, VPN, Vlan’s, DNS services, IP addressing, routing)
Cloud hosting technology solutions (AWS, Azure)
Database basic knowledge: SQL/Oracle (Plus)
Configuration and maintenance of mobile devices (scanners, handhelds) and Zebra Printers, Technical support for warehouse users and manufacturing users, Collaboration with Application Delivery Team.
Language Skills: Proficient English & Italian.
Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Teamworking, Spirit of initiative, Flexibility, Precision, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites.
Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. and wrap up your workday starting from 5:00 pm while completing a full 8-hour workday.
