Our luxury womenswear brand is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Milan team and contribute to the growth of our online business.
We are looking for a digital professional with at least two years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the digital world.
In this role, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand’s vision.
Write product descriptions in line with the brand tone of voice and luxury positioning
Maintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online Boutique
Monitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical team
Order & Inventory Oversight
Support ecommerce logistics in orders fulfillment during peak periods
Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels
Analysis & Reporting
~ Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
Contents
Support content creation initiatives, including photoshoots and video production
Collaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiatives
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
