NIGHT MANAGER San Clemente Palace Venice –

As Night Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. Acting as the senior leader on duty, you will manage the Front Office night team, resolve guest issues, coordinate with all departments, and uphold the hotel's luxury standards while maintaining seamless continuity between day and night operations.
Supervising and supporting all overnight front office and guest service operations
• Acting as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours
• Managing guest arrivals and departures, VIP treatment, and service recovery
• Monitoring hotel occupancy, room allocation, and operational reports
• Overseeing nightly financial procedures in coordination with the Night Auditor
• Conducting property walkthroughs and ensuring all areas meet luxury standards
• Preparing detailed handover reports for the morning management team
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security during night operations
• Supporting decision-making in the absence of senior management
Previous experience as Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or senior Front Office role in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and safety procedures
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with PMS and hotel management systems
• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
• A guest-focused, responsible, and calm approach to nighttime operation challenges
