Ali Professional Divisione Lifestyle ricerca un/a Maitre per un elegante Hotel 4 stelle di Lusso situato a Venezia . Sulla Struttura: L'esclusivo Hotel 4 Stelle di Lusso è situato in una posizione centrale, tra Piazza San Marco e il Ponte di Rialto. Dispone di 165 camere e suite eleganti, oltre a un pontile privato per l'accesso diretto tramite gondola o taxi acqueo. Offre servizi di alta qualità, come un ristorante con corte interna e una terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato. Responsabilità: Supervisione della Sala: Dirigere e coordinare le operazioni di sala, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e il rispetto degli standard di mise en place . Formazione: Formare il personale di sala sulle tecniche di servizio, la conoscenza del menu, la carta dei vini e gli standard di cortesia e accoglienza. Relazione con la Clientela: Mantenere un contatto costante con i clienti per assicurare la loro soddisfazione, gestire eventuali lamentele con professionalità e anticipare le loro esigenze. Reporting Gerarchico direttamente al Restaurant Manager. Cosa Cerchiamo: Esperienza come Maitre in hotel 4 o 5 stelle. Orientamento al Cliente: Spiccata passione per il settore dell'ospitalità e forte dedizione a un alto livello di servizio. Flessibilità Oraria: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni flessibili, inclusi weekend, festivi e rotazioni notturne. Preferibile conoscenza del mercato di Venezia.
