WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities. Reply Actuarial Services practice provides a broad range of solutions to insurers / re-insurers regarding financial and risk modelling, capital and risk management, accounting standards and insurtech. You will be responsible for functional analysis, implementation of actuarial softwares and testing of the implemented solution understand. You will be the responsible for the development of planning and reserving models according to regulatory valuation principles (Local, Solvency II and IFRS). You will support the business growth of insurance companies through the participation in M&A operations, start-up of new companies and pricing optimization of life and non-life products. Together with the professionals of the Risk & Actuarial Services area, you will have the opportunity to design risk mitigation strategies for Life and Non-Life business through the analysis of appropriate KPIs. The role includes activities related to functional analysis, mapping of information flows and data quality checks, helping to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to support business decisions. In addition, the resource will contribute to the planning and execution of functional and data quality tests, ensuring information is accurate, integrated and ready for use. Technologies. You will deal with the main programming languages (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) and MsOffice tools. Team work. You will work with actuarial professionals that understand business needs, manage data analysis, optimize actuarial models integrated with the reporting platforms. The position is also available in Rome. WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE... Academic background. With a brilliant Master's degree in Statistics and Actuarial or Master's degree (e.G. Statistics, Mathematics, Finance) that allow the access to the Actuary qualification. Valuable expertise. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 minimum years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier Actuarial consulting firm (or other similar organizations). Nice to have. A good knowledge of some of the main programming languages (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) will be considered as a plus. Soft skills.
