Summary : In this role, you will be responsible for testing electromechanical systems, verifying compliance with international safety and performance standards, and managing the product certification process for a range of industrial solutions. You will contribute to the development and launch of electrification and automation systems used in ports, airports, heavy industry, and transportation fields. Responsibilities Performequipmenttestingandreportingoftheresults,accordingtotestplan Definetestequipments,procedureandconditiontoperformreliabletesting Testequipmentstoinvestigateperformancesofthedefinedrangeofproduct,whenrequired,accordingtoalongtermplan Aligntheelectricalteamwiththemechanicalteamforaseamlessintegration Producetechnicalprojectdocumentationandtestdocumentation VariableFrequencyDrivesprogramming,settingsandparametrization Definetheinstrumentationdiagrams,togetherwiththesoftwaredevelopers,mechanicalteamsandsuppliers Design,develop,andexecutetestplansfornewandexistingproductsbothinternallyandatexternal(3rdparty)facilities Collaboratewithdevelopmentandproductteamstounderstandrequirementsandensurecomprehensivetestcoverage Analyzeandinterprettestresults,identifydeviations,andcollaboratewithdesignteamstoresolveissuesandoptimizeproductperformance. Contributetoproductsqualification,validation(testing),andcertifications(Classapproval)activities Supportengineeringandqualityteamsduringdesignreviews,FMEAsessions,androotcauseanalysisofnon-conformities Plan,design,andexecutefunctional,mechanical,electrical,andenvironmentaltestproceduresonproductssuchasmotorizedcablereels,powerunits,charging interfaces,anddistributionpanels Ensureproductsmeetapplicableregulatoryrequirementsandstandards(e.g.,IEC,ISO,UL,CE,EMC,LVD,MachineryDirective) Managecertificationprocesseswiththird-partylaboratoriesandnotifiedbodies,preparingandmaintainingallnecessarytechnicaldocumentation(e.g.,testreports,riskassessments,declarationsofconformity) Defineandimplementtestprotocolsfortypetesting,designvalidation,andregressiontesting,bothmanualandautomated Qualifications Provenexperiencewithproducttestinginelectromechanical,electricalorindustrialsystems Proficiencyinselectingsensorsandactuatorsbasedonprojectrequirementsandspecifications Experiencewithprogrammingmotordrivesandsettingprogrammingparameters(ABB,Siemens,Vacon-Danfoss,Yaskawa) Readandwriteelectricaldiagram,understandingofhydraulicsdiagramsisaplus. Abilitytotroubleshootanddebugtechnicalissuesrelatedtosensors,actuators,andmotordrives Handsonexperienceonlowvoltageswitchgearsandcontrolpanels. Understandingofsafetystandardsandriskanalysismethodologies(e.g.,FMEA,SIL,PL). Familiaritywithqualitysystems(e.g.,ISO9001,ISO14001)andCE / UKCAmarkingprocesses KnowledgeofLVcontrolpanelsschematicsisrequired(LV / MVpowerswitchgearswouldbeaplus) GoodlevelofEnglishandfluencyinItalian Candidatesnotinlinewiththerequirementswillnotbeconsidered.
